At Green Apron, we take pride in delivering fresh, organic, and high-quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1.) Perishable Goods (Fruits, Vegetables, and Fresh Products)
Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.
2.) Non-Perishable Goods (Packaged Organic Items, Accessories, etc.)
We accept returns on non-perishable products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
To initiate a return, please email us at growingfutures@greenapron.lk with your order details. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3.) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4.) Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at growingfutures@greenapron.lk within 24 hours of receiving your order.
5.) Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel it.
